Location was very good. Roberto was excellent in looking after us. Clean rooms and nice bathroom. Parking was just outside. We struggled with the heatwave 40C and with no air conditioning or a fan it was very uncomfortable. We do realise though, that this location does not normally warrant air conditioning or a fan. We will return to experience the hotel when temperatures are at a better level.

A stylish old hotel in a fantastic spot. I love the period windows, window shutters, flooring, and furniture.
The Baroness was a wonderful host and very generous with the patxaran.
If you are a pilgrim or even just religious (Catholic), this is a great hotel to stay at while you are in Javier.
Some of the breakfast yoghurts were a little out of date but they still tasted fine.

The hotel is opposite the castle. Parking is close by but you need to get a permit from the hotel. The hotel restaurant caters for high end dining but there are options for those on a smaller budget. Breakfast was very good.

Family run hotel with beautiful location and staff extremely friendly / welcoming. Great rooms; comfortable with good amenities. Restaurant / food also excellent.

Friendly staff and very helpful. The dining was superb. The location is next to Javier Castle and Church of Francis Xavier.
