My husband and I stayed here twice. The 1st time in the little apartment at the top. It was very clean, all the facilities you need and an amazing use of a small space. My husband and 1 are quite tall, so the pull out bed/ couch was quite neat for us, but ok. With the private use of the very large balcony with chairs and loungers to have my morning cuppa and soak up the stunning views of Teide and La Orotava, it felt like having an extra room. It is also very peaceful, yet so close to the main areas of interest. Elena and her friends who live downstairs were so helpful throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble. We enjoyed staying at Finca 10 days so much we booked to come back and stayed in 1 of the larger apartments. Again, it is beautifully presented, so clean with all you need to prepare meals if you want. They provided an information booklet on the area, restaurant buses, etc, which you can catch just down the road into La Orotava and further. We are already planning to stay here again when we hopefully return to Tenerife next year. Many thanks Elena and team

Great stay, briliant location with easy reach of man beaches in the area as well as Teide, the house is well equipped with everything you need and the terrace with grill is fantastic. The house is HUGE. So much space. The location is amazing. It is clean, modern and well-equiped. There are restaurnts and grocery shops nearby. There's so many rooms, so many bathrooms and toilets and nice teraces for sun. Perfect for large groups.

The whole house is amazing. The garden even more! The host is very kind, speaks perfect english and helps with answering every question. The house is child friendly, has everything you need and more. Parking requires some skills and a vehicle with proper working parking brake but overall very manageable. There are options to park outside a few hundred meters away if for whatever reason you prefer.

    We enjoyed visiting La Orotava especially for the wine tasting and beautiful beaches. We really enjoyed the Botantical Gardens and parking was fairly easy in town (vs other cities in Tenerife which are more challenging). People were very friendly and helpful. The black beach was the highlight for us!!

    Pleasantly busy with mainly locals and visiting Spanish speaking tourists, I really enjoyed not hearing English being spoken. La Orotava is compact and easy to get around on foot with a number of places of interest including parks and churches. I ate locally each evening and visited a number of cafes and bars serving basic but reasonably priced food. As a base for visiting the North of the island it was perfectly positioned for me to enjoy a scenic motorcycling holiday. There seemed to be a good local bus service if you didn't want the hiring/driving experience. I will return at some future date.

    What a beautiful place.

    What a beautiful place. We went during Corpus Christi week and experienced live music, festivals and all sorts of unexpected fun. Architecture was amazing, locals friendly. Roads very narrow so if you’re driving you need to be pretty confident. Good bus connections - we went to la Laguna for a day - easy to get bus but unless you want a sore bum go for the express!

    This place was large enough for two couples, with modern furniture, well equipped kitchen, clean towels and bed linen. Car park lot nearby, easy to find if one follow the instructions given. Fantastic view over El Teide peak.

    A historical town with character.

    A historical town with character. Has a lot of good architecture and period villas. Walking around the city gets you back to 18th, 19th century. If you appreciate historic towns this one should not be skipped. Bonus: La Orotava is one of the 3 access points to mount Teide so if you plan to go up towards the mountain it's a good place to set a base at.

    This little city is just a little gem: beautiful overall, colonial style architecture, well preserved, magnificent gardens, far from the noisy mass tourism, elegant, full of flowers, amazing vue. I've visited the city many times last year and with Puerto de la Cruz, I think is by far the nicest area on the island. I left in the early morning and I could smell the flowers fragances everywhere on the air.

    Comfy beds. Amazing views of the stars in the sky at night when the hotel switches all the lights off. Super clean. Very nice staff overall, most of them helpful and kind. The sauna & pool after our Teide hike were just great. The mashed potato and prawns at the restaurant were delicious. Also the most beautifully presented breakfast I’ve had in ages, with so many cute little bowls etc. The buses 348 & 342 stop right next to the hotel, so it’s really convenient if you don’t drive.

    Vicky is welcoming, friendly and communication was easy with her. The apartment is very spacious and ultra clean! It is also well equipped. The beds are comfortable. A parking place in a garage is included, fortunately because it is quite difficult to find a place in the streets around. The location is perfect: close to the highway to move everywhere by car and close to the center of La Orotava by walk.
