The rooms are really modern and they look stunning!! The breakfast buffet was amazing. The bus service from the airport is also included in the price and runs every 30 minutes. Great stay.

Barbara and Pablo provided exceptional assistance and displayed warm hospitality throughout our stay, which greatly enhanced our experience in Madrid. They consistently greeted my mother and I with a friendly hello whenever we passed by the reception area and readily offered their assistance. Additionally, our request for an early check-in was graciously accommodated. The hotel's location on a picturesque pedestrian street was delightful, and convenient access for taxis was available near the entrance. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had good pressure. Despite opting for a standard room, we were pleasantly surprised by its spaciousness, allowing us to easily accommodate two large suitcases. We enthusiastically recommend this hotel and eagerly look forward to returning in the future.

The rooms were amazing, we each had a room with a balcony overlooking the Plaza Mayor. Breakfast was fabulous, the location was perfect, in the centre of the city close to great restaurants and tourist attractions.

Room excellent, very spacious .Beds were especially comfortable. Bathroom L'Ocitaine products a great touch. Did not have breakfast in the hotel. Check-in fast efficient , staff superb, doormen exceptionally helpful.
