Marvellous apartment, recently renovated and equipped to the utmost comfort. Spacious and modern inside. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. Bathroom fantastic! Highly recommended, and the family enjoyed the stay very much

Stopped off for one night, en route on journey from south coast to Bilbao. Beautiful well-equipped apartment, let down by its industrial location adjacent to a lorry park, so it was quite noisy in the morning. My main issue is that there is no internet access available in the apartment, meaning that as an international guest, I had no access to English-speaking TV. That said, this is stated in the listing, so I cannot really complain about it, and it would be churlish to mark the Divina down for it.

I loved the cheese museum and the archives of the...

I loved the cheese museum and the archives of the bullfighter who got gored fatally in Manzanares in 1934. I loved the 13 euros menu lunch at Menano. Paella for one was possible and was only a first course. Main course followed plus dessert, drink and coffee. Super fast service too.

It was a unique and different type of property convenient off the main route so it was just perfect for a one night stay. We ate both lunch and an evening snack at their restaurant and both were enjoyed. We would stay there again if passing through.

Manzanares isn't a very large town, with the pros and cons of its size. It's very quiet, but for those looking for a lively nightlife, it might not be the right place. Life is good, the food is good, and the people are friendly.

You have to be careful driving around that town because it's full of streets with restricted hours and cameras, which means fines. Otherwise, I was amazed by the town and its surroundings.

We found Manzanares a nice change from the places we had previously visited, Segovia and Toledo. Segovia and Toledo are historic cities that also attract many tourists. In Manzanares, we felt more like we were among the locals. From Manzanares, we visited a few nature reserves where we enjoyed beautiful walks.

We were just passing through.

We were just passing through. The hotel was excellent, with a restaurant and cafeteria. Burger King was right next door. You can fill up your gas tank and charge your car. It's right next to the highway. We didn't experience any traffic noise from the highway.

This is a first-class hotel and very good value for money - much cheaper than most Paradores. The food is really good: you can tell this because it's used by a lot of locals. Breakfast was excellent - good buffet with hot food cooked to order. We have stayed here a couple of time before as it is literally less than 2 minutes from the motorway with easy free parking which makes it a great stop when we travel to or from the Santander ferry.

A great place to stay either as a stopover en route somewhere or to see ghe area.Very traditional hotel with good size rooms and comfy bed.Service was friendly and attentive.The breakfast was fine especial for only 2.80 euros per person and that included 2 excellent coffees !! Good secure parking just across the road.

Hotel check-in lady was very friendly and welcoming. Cleaner was also friendly. Rooms good size for price point. Next to a Burger King and close to a Carrefour supermarket.

Amazing atmosphere, it feels like a trip to Middle Ages. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The restaurant of the hotel is also great.
