I arrived outside of reception hours, but there was staff on site when I arrived. They were very helpful with getting me checked in and telling me what was available (Free tea/coffee during the evening night and also breakfast of tea/coffee bread, croissants, fruit, both were unexpected so a pleasant surprise). Also, two complimentary bottles of water in the fridge in the room. The room was clean and fresh, with plush towels. I needed somewhere to stay close to the airport for one night. The location is in a small town about 15 minutes from the airport. I knew this ahead of booking, but it was by far the best accommodation option in close proximity to the airport.

Very modern, clean and sleek house with an exterior patio and an amazing view. The house is basically new and equipped with anything you might need. It is also soundproofed, however if you open the window, the sound of the sea is amazing. The owner is very friendly and welcoming, she is very punctual and contacted us beforehand on whatsapp. She also gave us tips on what to visit and left water and food in the kitchen as a welcome present. The location is in a quiet neighboorhood, less than 10 mn by car from the airport but nonetheless very peaceful and with an amazing view of the coast of Tufia. The house is in a small peaceful village right by the coast, walking to the local beach is 2 mn walking. Parking is possible right in front of the door. Thanks a lot Eloina for letting us stay at your place! It was amazing!

A wonderful house with its own history, very tastefully furnished, inspiring interior. Very hospitable hosts, and breakfast on the beautiful terrace was the most perfect during our two-week vacation in the Canary Islands. The bed was comfortable. No noise at night.

Nice beach, a string of beach-front cafes and restaurants, well stocked supermarket 5 minutes walk from beach, not overly touristy- mainly used by locals, convenient for airport, local buses to the capital and pardilla line bus to Telde, nice seafront walks.

There are about 3-4 good restaurants that were busy most of the time. The Venizia has queues a lot of the time. Its a resort for Spaniards so no all day English breakfast, or catering to mass tourism! Hardly anyone spoke English. There are 2 bar/cafes and a Gelato shop. Its extremely clean on the beach and in the street and there is no through traffic. We parked on some spare land near the kids football club.

The beach is very good (blue flag), guarded, with showers.

The beach is very good (blue flag), guarded, with showers. The sand was black, very clean. The water is clean. There are areas with trees and shadow on the beach, and a picnic area with tables (under the trees). The only minus is the wind. It's quite windy on all eastern cities on Gran Canaria, so you should consider this factor. It's a bit unpleasant to stay on a beach towel (moreover if you applied sun screen) because wind will blow some sand that will stick to you. I recommend to use a portable beach chair (you can find some for 20-30 EUR in the large supermarkets if you can go there). It gets a bit crowded during the weekend, but still a lot of free space to stay.

It was everything we hoped for and more.

It was everything we hoped for and more. We weren't well prepared considering it was all last minute. Hence the reason why we intend going back. It felt like home from home. After a day or so you start to figure how things work. Very helpful and we did stay an additional 2 days we could have stayed over Xmas but EasyJet fees to extend were too exorbitant.

This location is very good if you plan to rent a car at the airport and travel around the island, returning to the accommodation every night - the highway is close by, so you can quickly get to wherever you want to go

Beach closed for a month due to contamination, entry to the beach and water is prohibited. As already reported to the owner, I was surprised that Booking was offering the property during this period. At the very least, we should get a refund of what we paid.
