Marie Jose is a wonderful, thoughtful, helpful host. She had the heating on when we arrived, advised us on bars and restaurants and let us keep our bicycles in a secure garage. The studio is spacious, spotless, comfortable and well designed. Very comfortable bed, good shower, well equipped kitchen. There is a lovely roof terrace with a view of the castle and the hills that gets sun all day. Really felt at home here.

This is a fantastic B&B. The hosts could not have been more friendly and helpful, and they gave us a wonderful recommendation for dinner. The room was beautiful, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of offerings. We were only there one night, but we would definitely go back again.

Olvera is a magical place, and this wonderful B&B is just as beautiful as the city. The owners ar very nice and the place is cozy and warm as a private house (as in fact is). Breakfast is simple but very good, there is an incredible rooftop with chairs and beds with an amazing view of the landscape and the old town. Room is big, clean and well equipped with everything you need.

A very authentic spanish pueblo experience. Strictly observed siesta, domingo etc. Also most restaurants will not serve food before 9pm in the evening. Great food all around the town. Picture perfect pueblo blanco.

We liked exploring the historic castle and wandering the small streets. Watching the sunset over the stone buildings was picturesque. We would highly recommend bicycling or walking the tree lined, Via Verde outside Olvera. You are away from busy roads and pass through many tunnels.

Beautiful city, with stunning views. Long walk up to the top, all streets are steep, not for people with mobility problems. People very friendly. Air beautiful and clear due to its height. Plenty of places to eat.

This hotel was perfect for riding the Via Verde.

This hotel was perfect for riding the Via Verde. We parked the car at the hotel and rented bikes at a business next to the hotel. Charming quiet Inn with a good restaurant. Also not a big choice for breakfast items No elevator and the rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. Very charming with a wonderful staff. So friendly and fast

Lovely small town, stunning backdrop with Church and castle, also a must to visit is the via verde, by cycle of on foot, walking or hiking. a visit to see the Vultures , spectacular scenery. Food is excellent too, try their little snails, delicious.

I have visited Olvera often, both to meet friends and to...

I have visited Olvera often, both to meet friends and to explore the area. One of Andalucia 'Pueblos Blancos' it is a beautiful town set on a steep hill with the main church and castle at the very top. Blessed with magnicicent views it is a great place to visit with your camera. Olvera is also located within easy day trip distances to many other great places to visit, including Rinda, Setenil, Algodonales, Zahara, and many, many more.

Maria, was a wonderful host, she very kindly let us drop our luggage off early before check-in as we were only there for one day. She recommended all the things we needed to see in Olvera and advice on the best places to eat. She showed us the terrace and told us to come up at night to see the castle lit up. The room was perfect with everything we needed a kitchen, fabulous shower and a very comfortable bed. We enjoyed our stay in Olvera and would highly recommend Maria's place to stay. Rachael

The accommodations were very simple but everything was exceptionally clean and in good condition. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our dinner and the breakfast was standard Spanish tostadas. The location was quiet and the hotel had beautiful views. The pool looked nice but it was too cold to swim during our stay. Fantastic hotel for the price.

I booked a room with a balcony. But that wasn't the room we were given .I did complain as that is what was listed on my booking for the price.It was sorted out the following day so all good .As we have stayed numerous of times in the hotel .It would not put us off staying again as everyone was so helpful .

It is a nice and quiet house near the beautiful town of Olvera. You can find everything you need for a longer stay. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The place itself is in very good position, somewhat in the middle and well connected with the most important places to see in Andalusia.
