I loved the prompt shuttle pick up at the airport AND that...

I loved the prompt shuttle pick up at the airport AND that the ride to the airport in the morning was so fast. The bathroom is modern with fantastic water pressure. Towels were thick and not old. The bed was comfortable. Having a TV guide that tells a guest what channels are available (and their number) would be a real help if you like to watch tv a bit. Wifi was fast and that is great!

This is the lowest level motel, the Booking.com should rate it NO STAR . More, the ad for the hotel claims it to have FREE SHUTTLE to Madrid airport. First, they had no shuttle from the airport after 3 pm. And in the morning they requested to pay 8 euros for me alone for the shuttle. They are liers ! I think you should request the refund of my money and remove your misleading 3 star rating for this terrible joint - it's no hotel, period. Michael Bukshtab

Marta and Alex, the young couple who own the place, are super friendly and are a fountain of information. The room was spacious and spotless, the bed was super comfortable and the shower was amazing. We had an overnight in Madrid and didn't want to stray too far from the airport. The hotel offers free airport pickup and drop off to its guests. It's an easy (less than 20 Euros) Uber ride into Madrid which is what we did.

We were very pleased with my stay, even we stayed for a short time.The photos accurately reflect reality — everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The hostel meets hotel-level standards, with careful attention to detail, from providing an extra toothbrush to offering fresh water. The hostel manager was professional, courteous, and accommodating. I highly recommend this place

The hotel belonged to a local star - a toreador which defines the whole character of it. Basically it feels (and hears through the doors) as a family house. The bus stops on request (!) almost next door to it. A 24/7 food shop is just across the street.

The airport shuttle was a great service, the rooms were perfectly clean and comfortable, there was a great local bar and restaurant nearby. It is an ideal hotel for an airport stop-over.
