Very friendly and helpful staff. The food was excellent with lots of variety – something different every day. Breakfast and dinner had a huge selection and everything was fresh and tasty. Spacious, clean rooms – cleaned daily. The hotel is modern, with working air conditioning throughout. The heated outdoor pool was a great bonus. Everything was very clean, both inside and outside – you can really see how much the staff care.

this hotel is definitely in the top 3 hotels which I managed to visit. Very pleasant, hospitable and friendly staff at the reception, in the restaurant, cleaners. Cleaning is great. Quiet hotel to relax. At the reception you can take towels and an umbrella for the beach. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are bright and have a beautiful view from the window, there is also an interesting separation of the toilet and shower) Good breakfasts. If necessary, you can take an iron. Close to the beach (5 minutes walk).

Excellent hotel, highly recommended! The location is absolutely perfect—just 15 minutes from the city center and close to all amenities. The hotel offers every comfort you could need. Service in all areas was outstanding, with staff who were very welcoming and friendly. Both the hotel and the rooms were spotless, and the daily housekeeping was excellent. The swimming pool and spa area were stunning and complimentary, which was a wonderful bonus. Breakfast was also very good, with plenty of delicious choices. Overall, a fantastic stay and I would definitely return.

The bed was very comfortable, the room was large and it was very relaxing to lie on the balcony loungers, it was very quiet and couldn't hear the hustle and bustle outside. I stayed for two nights and the breakfast desserts changed a little each day, the cakes were were very delicious, I went late but there was no shortage of supply. Special thanks to Tien for all her help, as my flight was at 3:50pm and check out time was at 11am, having breakfast meant I had to have to get everything ready by 10am, but she took the initiative to ask me about this time and help me communicate to get a 1pm check out, which has made me decide to stay at this hotel next time I go to Palma.

Tasty good quality breakfast (eggs could be cooked as you preferred) ; authentic spacious room, bathroom has everything we needed. Beautiful garden and pool area. It was especially comfortable stay for us and our dog. We stayed only 3 nights. Regretted not to stay longer there.

    Playa de Palma is beautiful with a beautiful beach and many places to find a drink or meal. The only major drawback is that the hotel feels more like a “mini Germany,” since it’s a very popular holiday spot for German travelers. If you’re hoping for something that feels more local, just keep that in mind.

    Not my favourite area of Mallorca.

    Not my favourite area of Mallorca. It feels a bit lads holiday/staggy with kebab shops, tattoo shops and fish pedicure bars everywhere, and there are some unsavoury characters selling 'items' on the promenade who approach you, which I hadn't seen anywhere else on the island. We were there as an adult couple, but wouldn't be bringing children here in future. The plusses are the proximity to the airport (although it's probably an hour by public transport to Palma city itself). The beaches are clean, and it is reasonably priced to eat and drink in this area. But I wouldn't come back - there are far nicer spots elsewhere.

    Didn’t research the location and it wasn’t for us! It is not really Spain, but Germany - which is fine if that’s what you are after. The whole place was full of large groups of mostly men in football kits and the chanting was constant so it was like staying in a football stadium. We were right in the middle of the action so not the peaceful break we had anticipated. Fun to see people having a good time but it was soo noisy 24/7 Luckily bus was only 2 euros and frequent so escaped to palma every day

    As late 70 year olds Playa de Palma is an ideal location for visiting the island. We used the buses which are frequent from just near the hotel into Palma and from the bus station easy to visit other towns on the island . Plenty of choices for eating and drinking out immediately from the hotel although the hotel provided all you needed at similar cost. A motorised train runs regularly along the front , you can hop on/off once so saving along walk made it more comfortable. Generally a good location.

    This is a very busy resort and appears to be a major attraction for stag and hen parties (there were hundreds). For many visitors the large groups of loud excitable young people would be appealing but for others it was noisy and rather crowded. Every morning (from about 7 am) the council carried out a major clean up of the beach and promenade, removing the litter and detritus from the previous evening. They also cleaned and raked the beach. Fabulous. If only we could do this in the UK!! Our hotel was on the eastern side of the resort but the western end was much quieter although there were a lot less bars and restaurants

    Unfortunately I was pick pocketed at the airport despite...

    Unfortunately I was pick pocketed at the airport despite taking numerous measures to avoid this. My four day break was shortened trying to get a police report and unfortunately this is a big problem on the island. If you read this review take lots of care to keep your belongings safe. I'm unlikely to visit again as I just wouldn't feel safe.

    Superb hotel, it has 3 different pools in 3 different locations, the rooftop bar is incredible with its own jacuzzi and an amazing 360 view of the beach! We booked the all inclusive option and weren’t disappointed, the buffet was amazing with so many choices. The rooms are modern spacious and clean and the hotel is in a prime location, right opposite the beach with an abundance of shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood.

    The hotel is beautifully designed. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The location of the place is perfect, despite not being directly at the beachfront. I actually loved how nicely nestled away it is from the activity at the beachfront. The breakfast was always FANTASTIC. The spa is beautiful. One of the best hotels in the Playa de Palma area.

    It's nice and clean, breakfast had a good selection. Close to the beach. Nothing special but a good choice if you want to stay in this area of Playa de Palma (which I do not necesarily recommend - the rest of Mallorca is much more pleasant unless you are looking for loud parties to german music) The staff was polite and helpful.
