This is a wonderfully designed two-bedroom, two-bath duplex apartment. It was very comfortable and we couldn't have been happier staying there for five nights. It was immaculately clean and a pleasure to be in. Location-wise, it was perfect. Just across from one of the gates to the medieval city, it was easy to get out and explore. We give this apartment our highest recommendation.

A visit to the monastery is highly recommended. Nearby are L'Espluga de Francolí (Museo de la Terra, La Cova) and Montblanc (a beautiful walled medieval town). I recommend the Les 17 Fonts restaurant in L'Espluga; it offers excellent quality and generous portions. There are also lovely hiking trails nearby.

The monastery impressed me greatly, even though I'd visited it twice before and was already familiar with it. The monks are remarkable for their high level of education and their diligence. It's truly unique.

An extraordinary place to recharge. Peace and tranquility guaranteed. A warm welcome assured. An experience to be repeated. Accommodation within the monastery is a real bonus. Hearty and high-quality breakfast and meals.

It's a perfect place to relax.

It's a perfect place to relax. There are also many walking trails. The restaurant food was good, but there was no à la carte menu, only a set menu. It was the same in the evening. If you wanted dinner there, you had to order the set menu; there were no lighter options.

Ideal place to disconnect for a couple of days, very quiet and peaceful.The staff is very nice, and in the afternoon having a drink looking at the monastery in the small bar of the inn is beautiful.

January is a great time for those who enjoy peace and quiet, which is certainly true for us. There are excursions to take and a monastery to visit. I can't say much more because the restaurant was closed (no problem for us) and we were the only guests. In peak season, the area must be very lively.

Minimalist hotel in the grounds of a beautiful historic monastery. Simple, austere, modest, and relaxing in the simplicity. Great trip for our family but would be an amazing place to retreat to alone. There is a library to relax in where my boys played chess and we just enjoyed being in the grounds of the monastery. The surrounding villages like Prades are worth a visit. Our main goal was to see the comet at Prades Parc Astronomic. Highly recommend this too.

The hotel is located within the Poblet monastery grounds which makes it an ideal base for the visit and an invitation to prayer and tranquility. The room was modern and clean and the bed was very comfortable. All the staff are amazing people, full of care and attention, eager to help with any questions and needs. Special thanks to Alba and Eugenia for their above and beyond level of help and communication skills.

Hostatgeria de Poblet is a stunning and peaceful retreat with incredible scenery and a rich historical atmosphere. The breakfast was excellent—fresh and varied. Staff was very informative and nice.
