We liked everything, especially the breakfast which was exceptional. The owner, Guillermo, was a wonderful host, always available for us with good conversation, advice on what we could visit and with updated information about the places we wanted to see on the island. He was very flexible with the breakfast time and even provided a packed breakfast when we wanted to get up early to go to the beach or to the airport. He also provided us a cooler and beach umbrellas, free of charge, when we arrived, everything just to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The place is ideal if you want to explore the island because it is in the middle and you can reach any part of the island relatively quickly. Also, it is great for experiencing the charming life of a traditional picturesque Spanish town. We were lucky to stay there in august when there are fiestas almost every evening, especially around St. Mary's Day, with many cultural events such as traditional dances, live concerts and theater. We loved it and we recommend to everyone.

The staff at Sa Barcella are incredibly kind and attentive, always making sure we are comfortable and have all we need. The breakfast was really good, and again, the staff is always very worried about making you feel welcome and that you have everything you'd like. The rooms were really good, with AC (a must for Mallorca), and big bathroom. The pool was really great to chill at the end of the day. They even have coolers and beach umbrellas for you to take to the beach, so you don't need to buy one. We really like staying in this small village, walking around at night and seeing all the old constructions feels like a dream. There are supermarkets, a few restaurants and other stuff you may need inside the village. I definitely would recommend staying here, and if I'm back to Mallorca, this place would be my choice for sure.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa! Everything was clean and very well maintained. The location was good — close to everything we needed, but quiet and relaxing area. The villa was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need during our stay. The hostesses were very kind and helpful, always available to answer any questions and make us feel welcome. The finca is a beautiful, traditional property with so much outdoor space to enjoy. It is within easy walking distance to Sineu where there are plenty places to eat and drink. The market there is well worth a visit too. Gabriel and Yolanda are a lovely, friendly couple and were the perfect hosts, easy to contact if we needed them.

Great location, very close to the shops, restaurants, train station and Sineu historic town square. Although there is no dedicated parking, we were able to park on the street in front of the villa pretty much every day. The only problem you might have is on Wednesdays, when the market happens and the town is invaded by tourists. I suggest not to drive anywhere between 9-13 :). Sineu is also positioned in such a way that it takes about 20 minutes to an hour to pretty much any point on the island making it great starting location for any trips. Villa is awesome, plenty of space, everything you need was there. The pool area and the swimming pool itself is great. Loved our breakfasts under the lemon tree :) If you manage to meet the hosts in person they are lovely people as well!

A lovely small hotel with an amazing courtyard and swimming pool. Juan was a great host and very helpful. Our room was spotlessly clean as was the whole hotel. Breakfast was more than adequate brought fresh to our table every morning, No queuing and walking up and down a buffet. The Hotel is a 5 min walk into the centre of Sineu with lovely restaurants and bars. I would highly recommend Villa Sa Barcella if you want a break from the tourist destinations We will re-visit.

Lovely owner/staff who were super welcoming. Filling and tasty breakfast with delicious toast + avo + jamon, eggs, pastry, fresh orange juice, fruits and coffee. Breakfast was in a cute courtyard as well. Place was very clean and self check in was easily done. Right in the centre of Sineu which is in the centre of Mallorca, great as an overnight stopover

The room was impeccably clean and tidy. The air-conditioning ( which is essential) worked well. The house is an interesting historical building with a wonderful staircase. The hotel is quiet and there is no bar or cafe.
