    It’s a small but lovely village.

    It’s a small but lovely village. The park of the entrance was very open and with a good ambient, and the walking path to the city center was very nice. The little expositions held in Hotel Palacio De Meras was very informative and good to take a look. Many kind people, pleasant temperature, delicious food. I like it a lot.

    The staff were so welcoming, and the terrace area for sitting was peaceful and pretty. The vegetarian meal they cooked for us was absolutely beautiful. We were walking the camino and opted to get a short taxi ride from Tineo (the taxi driver came immediately when we called). We walked the 2.5km up a rural road/farm track the next day to join the camino. For such a beautiful setting and good food, the detour was well worth it to us.

    Lovely, large, ensuite bathrooms and big bedrooms. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and there was a nice selection of teas. Good location if you have a car, not good if you are walking the Camino. El Labrador, the bar leaving Tineo, is fabulous. Our menu del dia was delicious.

    In a prime location in the middle of the village of tineo. All services near. Friendly staff. An uncomplicated and easy place to stay. The room was quite warm and small, but still ok. A wonderful view. Gracias!

    Hotel is lovely. Very quiet when I was there so breakfast in the restaurant was not worth it but the cafe next door which is part of the hotel was lovely and staf very friendly.
