Great host, great communication! We arrived in the night, the receptionist was no longer working but they helped us in checking in, helpful & fast communication. A great place if you need to have a good sleep and in the morning you have a plane, the airport was 20 mins walking from there.

The hotel was nice, neat and cosy with clean shower facilities. The location was perfect as we had a metro station literally minutes away from the hotel so we could easily get to the centre of Valencia. It is near to the airport 🛫. The staff was nice and friendly. There was a coffee machine by the reception. We also loved local fruit markets. We got everything we wanted from our short stay and overall, we were happy with our choice 😊

Both our room and our friends room were stinking of...

Both our room and our friends room were stinking of cigarette smoke which we hit us as soon as we opened the door. They did come and spray when we complained but didnt offer another room. Also there was no restaurant and bar as advertised by bookings,.com only room service. We did not like the Erotica Catalogue in our rooms. Rooms are quite grubby when you look closely........but bed was comfortable, that was one good point. Would never go back.

A detailed description of how to get there would be very helpful online – regardless of whether you're coming from the north or south (A7)! This would include the number of the motorway exit, etc. A map of the A7/A3 motorway interchange would also be very useful. A map like those from a route planner or Google Earth would be very helpful!

I really liked the room's theme; it was well-equipped.

I really liked the room's theme; it was well-equipped. My only complaint is that it smelled strongly of tobacco, and the cleanliness could be improved, especially in the shower. The girls who make breakfast are very noisy and wake you up quite early. Otherwise, everything was fine.

The cleanliness, the tranquility, the private parking, and the private breakfast were all excellent, as was the value for money. I would only recommend a more comfortable mattress; however, some people prefer a firmer one.
