We recently stayed at the ELGEL hotel and were incredibly impressed by the friendly and helpful staff. From the moment we checked in, the front desk staff went above and beyond to ensure we have a comfortable stay. They were always available to answer any questions we had and offered great recommendations for local attractions. The housekeeping staff was also incredibly friendly and ensured that our room was always clean and well-stocked. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for friendly and attentive staff.

Location is perfect , stuff very friendly and allways smiling .with possitve energy . They are fantastic people . Room is very clean . Breakfast is very reach and clean . Fasika , Dorka, Maputo , Gift and the housekeeper at 5tj floor . I love all of you so much , you made me feel very nice ., You are very kind and very nice too. The Hotel is well-led with friendly staff, great service and modern interior design. We arrived in the middle of the night, but airport pick up and check in at 4 a.m. were no problem. The rooms are well-designed with comfortable beds and big showers. Breakfast offers a wide range of food which was good as well. Gym and sauna at the top floor were a nice amenity, the view is great! Overall a really pleasant experience.

I have been thoroughly impressed with it so far.

I have been thoroughly impressed with it so far. Located a little southwest of Addis Ababa, the area is incredibly safe and well-maintained. The transportation is also convenient, with easy access to public transit and major roads. Overall, I'm very happy with my decision to stay here during my visit and would highly recommend this neighbourhood to others.
