We stayed in a deluxe suite and the room was spacious and nicely decorated and we had a lovely balcony on the afternoon sun side. The location of the hotel is great, close to everything. The staff was very friendly and has a great service attitude. Special thanks to Helena and Lukas who made our stay most pleasant.

Staff were cordial, breakfast was very diverse and filling, something for everyone. The room was spacious and clean and we enjoyed the inclusion of a sauna in the room. There were free washers and dryers in the hotel which we thought was great. Location wise it was perfect for us, the airport bus dropped us off. It was a short walk to the bus stop to go to Rovaniemi as well as the main shopping area in Levi, and nice and near the lake for some great northern lights viewing.

Great mix of ski and other outdoor/adventure activities. We were there during a very busy time period but didn’t find the area too congested - the only places we ran into a bit of inconvenience due to crowds were in the main village parking areas, the grocery, and we were glad we had dinner reservations to some of the more formal dining options which seemed to be pretty booked up. We’d love to visit Levi again. Was a pleasant surprise.

All the different slope points (South Point, West Point,...

All the different slope points (South Point, West Point, Zero Point, etc) are close enough to each other to do more than one each day. Zero Point has lots of excellent restaurants and shops. Shops in other nearby areas close quite early, also gas stations.

We spent a lovely short break in Levi and were lucky enough to see the northern lights dancing above the Levi. Even though there was no snow yet, we enjoyed wandering in the moonlight and came across a few reindeer along the way.

I do ski (downhill) but would not ski in Jan/early Feb in Levi because of the poor light. However it is a great village to visit and not ski if you like winter walking or other snow based activities. The restaurants are very good and characterful if you choose wisely.

The town was absolutely amazing! Beautiful walking paths, ski tracks, and plenty of snowmobile routes. It was also super close to the ski slopes—everything you could possibly need was right there! Prices for meals, snack were typical for the EU country - you can buy a pizza for 8€ up to 20€, Burgers from 14€ up

Generally its better value to get a half or full board...

Generally its better value to get a half or full board dining when booking the hotel. Otherwise, you can still dine at the resort or take the shuttle bus into Levi to eat there. A hire care would be useful for longer stays to give flexibility especially if you wish to explore the area. The town of Levi is about 15Km from the resort and has supermarkets, Pharmacy, Burger King and Pubs with bar food available along with the ski centres, Day Spas and other facilities.

Our stay at Reindeer Manor in Levi was absolutely wonderful. The landscape is truly magical – peaceful, snowy, and exactly what you imagine Lapland to be. The igloo accommodation was amazing and very cozy, making the experience feel unique and special. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and seeing reindeer right behind the house was an unforgettable highlight. Everything was beautiful and well taken care of, and the atmosphere felt calm and authentic.

We stayed in tokkapirtti b2 November 2024. Communication has been great with any queries I had leading up to our stay. The beautiful lodge itself had everything we needed and is surrounded by trees with a ten minute walk to the supermarket restaurant slopes and bars.The Christmas tree and lights made our stay perfect we couldn’t have wished for a better lodge for our first visit to lapland.

We recently stayed here for 5 nights as part of a 7 night holiday in Finland. We have stayed previously but through Inghams Ski and a direct booking. The studios are warm and cosy and conveniently located for the frozen lake/snowmobile hire/slopes/supermarket and restaurants. We were very lucky to see the Aurora Borealis about 3 times this trip as the sky was so clear.
