The hotel had everything we wanted. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide range of choices. The self serve laundry room was free and we also had a drying closet in our room, which was nice to dry the mittens and hats after playing in the snow.

The staff at the reception was friendly and helpful. The sauna in the room worked really good, the beds were comfortable. Breakfast is excellent and it's available until 10. Products are fresh and local. It's really a pleasure to eat at Lapland Hotels. We had also a rich buffet dinner for twenty-five euro, we ate a lot of delicious food and we were really satisfied. Check out is at 11 am, which is convenient. Lots of parking space. Wi-Fi worked good as well. Nice gift shop near the reception.

I don't know why but they don't mention that the facility is part of the Elves Village and it is a very big facility that has a cafe/shop, restaurant, reindeer farm, theme park and has access to ski path. We were very surprised when we got there because from the images we were expecting a distant/remote facility that has little to no reception/moderation, like some other lodge type stays in Finland. Also, unlike other comments, we found the room big enough to stay in it comfortably. The buffet breakfast was good, had plenty of choices.

My new favourite Place!

My new favourite Place! we did the Husky/reindeer ride ,snowmobiling and visited the Ice/snow village. We ate at Hook Restaurant twice and the Pancake house once. Reasonably priced both of them .

Great snow terrain, slopes and sunshine crowned our holiday. The range of marked trails could still be developed at different times of the year for those who are not interested in skiing. There was quite a bit of partying in the city centre and in the slope restaurants at Easter, but we were completely at peace in our own accommodation.

Easy to get around on foot, by ski bus and by car.

Easy to get around on foot, by ski bus and by car. Unnecessary snow removed from the trails. Clean surroundings. Although there are a lot of people in the area, the atmosphere is peaceful. The food in the restaurants is good and reasonably priced.
