This is the third time I have stayed here and every year I look forward to the rooftop sauna. But this year I went out of the sauna and onto the terrace in my bathrobe without my card key, and the lady at the front desk helped me out. I will be careful next year. The breakfast was excellent and the restaurant staff were very diligent and helpful.

Perfect stay! The location is excellent and the personnel is very friendly and welcoming. Silent rooms, comfy beds. Friendly staff, clean hotel, rich breakfast for different tastes and well equipped gym. Close to the University and in the walking distance from the town and train station.

The location is very convenient. It's next to train station. We arrived Tampere very late and it was snowing, so it was quite easy for us to get to the hotel. Also close enough to get to tram station to get to downtown or outskirt (2 min walk).

Everything about this place was beyond expectations. Short walk from the city center through Christmas market, large, clean and warm room, comfortable bed and beautiful breakfast with delicious apple pie. Snowy forest outside my window. Ladies on the reception were very lovely and helpful.
