We got an upgraded room and better breakfast because hotel was full of Lahti Ski Games athletes. Nice ski tracks, very sporty and lovely neighbourhood. Very good breakfast.

I really liked the flexibility and service minded approach in my communication with the host prior to my visit. It was much appreciated and helped reduce some concern as travelling with animals.
