Roz and Warren as well as their staff are super friendly and they treat you so good. As a solo traveler I felt like I am part of the family. The place is beautiful, close to some restaurants ans you are able to experience the real Fijian life. If I ever return to Fiji I will definitively stay there again. VINAKA!!!

We Were very confused about the mixed reviews for this resort. Before arriving we were therefore a bit worried about the quality of the place. However, our experience was that this was a good place to stay. The people was so lovely and welcoming, there was drivers that could take you around (for a fee), there was a tour desk that gave advice on trips worth doing and how to take public transport, there was snorkelling opportunities, no kids so it was quiet even at the pool!, and the room was spacious with good A/C.

Quiet. Great room with a great view. Staff was tremendous. Easy Parking. Great pool. Included breakfast changed daily with good items. Banana pancakes and French toast were terrific. Short drive to Sigatoka market downtown. Didn't need snorkel gear at low tide. Was a giant tide pool where you could walk it. A lot of sea life to see.

Recommend hiring a car so you can get around and explore when you want too. We visited many sites around Sigatoka and beyond. We ate at many different places and had lots of swims. Each resort we visited offered different things however we loved being at The Crows Nest.

I have been to both Suva & Nadi and definitely think this...

I have been to both Suva & Nadi and definitely think this area is much better. Good range of places to stay. Great beach especially where we stayed (Bedarra Inn). Sigatoka is the home of rugby & 7's and the locals are awesome.

Plenty of things to do from relaxing by the pool to...

Plenty of things to do from relaxing by the pool to adventure activities. Do as little or as much as you choose. Staff and locals were friendly and helpful throughout our stay across accommodation, transfers and activities.

There are always plenty of taxis to take you places aswell...

There are always plenty of taxis to take you places aswell as a bus to take you to Sigatoka. Outrigger resort is just over a KM away and offers alternate dining options along with a couple of other restaurants nearby.

Clean but dated and very expensive.

Clean but dated and very expensive. Staff were overall excellent. Food and drink very overpriced. Lots of things were 'extra'. 3% extra charge on everything bought by card (including checkout). 1.5 hour drive from Nadi was a waste of time. Would not stay there again.

Offers enough choices of restaurants being a quieter area and transport into Sigatoka to get supplies at the market or supermarket. Sinbads has great pizza even though it looks a bit tired from outside. Planet Cafe for great coffee and cake. Closed Tuesday officially but they served us! Crab shack a bit over rated for us. But all local food was not the cheapest but an excellent standard.

This is a property that we highly recommend the location was perfect and the food and staff were excellent and could not have been better. The location is right on the beach front and the hotel offers a lot of things free such as snorkeling, canoeing and beach shoes and towels not forgetting free wi fi that a lot of places don’t offer. we were there to celebrate a special birthday and the staff arranged a birthday cake and the staff came and celebrated as well . in short a outstanding experience and certainly coming back again .

- Very welcoming and friendly staff, always happy to help and greet you with a friendly “Bula”! - Hotel room was clean, had a beautiful view and very comfy beds. AC/ceiling fan worked well and dual shower heads was a massive plus! - Adults only pool was so peaceful any time we went there, and poolside bar service was great - Wide range of restaurants to choose from - Huge amount of activities for all ages. Highly recommend the Bebe Spa experience!

We highly recommend a stay at Kaila Na Ua resort. Ros and Warren were fantastic hosts; they provided us with wonderful tips that allowed us to explore the neighbourhood as locals! They organised our airport pick up with Rish, a lovely & reliable taxi driver. The room had a great view, and the resort was very peaceful. We had a wonderful time; we felt so welcome! We look forward to coming back to Korotogo :-)

I strongly advise against booking this hotel. I had a terrible experience where they requested my card details during the booking process. Despite paying the full amount in cash at check-in, they fraudulently accessed my bank account and stole money through another hotel. This is a clear scam. Avoid this place at all costs!

The friendly staff, the bar and hotel was amazing. The ocean was in front of our villa, at night we could hear the sound waves of the ocean which put us to sleep. The staff was very accomodating, so nice and super lovely.
