The food was outstanding (every dish exceeded expectations — especially the curries, fresh fish, and tropical breakfasts). What makes Wellesley truly special is the connection to the local community. Playing rugby on the beach with kids, joining a Sunday church service, sharing meals with families, and experiencing Fijian traditions like kava and fishing gave us memories we’ll treasure forever. Patricia, her mum and children were wonderful! I loved staying in their home and felt like part of a family. They were very kind, welcoming and friendly. Patricia cooked me a delicious lunch and dinner and breakfast. It was a local cuisine, big portion and very tasty. I would come again!
