The decor was done to a high standard and felt homely and welcoming. The surrounding area was idyllic, a perfect place to unwind from society and chaotic life. It was so beautiful and peaceful with only the sound of the birds in the daytime and crickets at night.

Right from the start we were welcomed with such warmth. You do not feel in an hotel but in their private home. The food served was plentiful and delicious. Belinda is a very accomplished chef. Lee is the perfect balance to her. He is such an historian and very very knowledgeable about their chateau. Actually they have both led such full lives before reaching the chateau they are the perfect couple to be perfect hosts. The pool is fantastic. We had an amazing stay can recommend a 100% The ambiance of being in a medieval chateau is genuinely unique. It’s something that can’t be conjured up.

I cannot put into words how amazing our stay was. The room was beautiful, and had everything we needed, including a kitchenette that enabled us to cook simple meals during our stay. Spotlessly clean and so welcoming, every aspect of the room was just lovely. Additionally there was a BBQ available, and a seating area outside our room, which we enjoyed a coffee from every morning, and a glass of wine in the evening. Stevie as a host was very welcoming and knowledgeable, answering any questions we had, but ensuring we had space and privacy to enjoy our stay. The grounds are simply stunning and very well looked after, from the friendly chickens, to the amazing walks, and everything in between, this really is a nature lovers haven. We enjoyed the walking trails, sitting watching the fish, listening to the frogs and all the wildlife and insects. It really enabled us to relax and just destress. The hot tub is just lovely, and wonderful to watch the stars from, in complete privacy. Along the way, there are numerous spaces to sit, and just take in nature - we will certainly be back, and I wish we had found this gem before as we won’t be staying anywhere else moving forward.

The whole experience was exceptional. The room, including a small kitchenette and beautiful balcony, was huge and offered every comfort. The owners were charming and helpful.

It was a good location, we had a nice welcome and given the opportunity to check in early. All the staff were kind and friendly. The air conditioning in the room was excellent and a joy after a hot drive. We also enjoyed an excellent and generous breakfast.
