The rooms are spotlessly clean with really comfy beds and amazing views of the mountains. The staff were super welcome and she recommended us so many places for hiking. The breakfast was super nice and the place super quiet.

Lovely place with old world charm. The village was very peaceful and I would recommend dining at the Transhumance Restaurant. The host was very welcoming and I had a chance to practice my French with the other friendly guests and with the host.

Excellent communication with the owner - he was very welcoming. We spent three nights in the apartment and it felt like a home abroad. The bathroom is well equipped - shower with jets, washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board. The apartment's location is perfect for hikes to surrounding mountains - we summited the Pic des Tauleres.

Great small Auberge (only 6 bedrooms) in a stunning location. The owners and staff were super friendly and helpful. Excellent dinners with good choices, using lots of locally sourced ingredients. Very comfortable and spacious bedroom with mountain views. Modern bathroom and dressing area with plenty of storage.

One of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed in due to its surroundings and it being a Château. The big surprise was dinner! Maite is the most amazing chef. We didn’t miss one dinner! Fabulous hosts.

Hospitality at its best. Marie and Gerard love what they have to offer and treated us like long lost friends. Gorgeous French style mountain home beautifully renovated. It was hot when we arrived so the pool was delicious as was a very sumptuous breakfast. everything was superb.

The Lady host was very friendly and nothing was too much...

The Lady host was very friendly and nothing was too much trouble, the house was fantastic very old but very clean and the furniture was something else, the only thing it missed was tea and coffee making stuff in the room but it wasn't an issue

Our visit to Bedous was short.

Our visit to Bedous was short. Just a stopover, but the place deserves a longer stay. The food was hearty and high-quality, made with fresh, local produce. The whole group enjoyed it.

Beautiful village in the Aspe Valley.

Beautiful village in the Aspe Valley. Stunning views from the viewpoint indicator, an hour's walk uphill. A sizable market on Thursday mornings. Tourist office and small grocery stores.

We traveled with a two-year-old, and there are routes...

We traveled with a two-year-old, and there are routes suitable for young children very close to the village. The tourist information point in the village square provides excellent information about the available routes. The surrounding area is beautiful.

Centrally located in the Haut Béarn region, it's ideal for exploring the surrounding area, with its charming villages nestled in the mountains (don't forget the Cirque de Lescun!). The station restaurant is quite nice, the dishes are generous and delicious (though the service can be a bit lacking on some days). Getting around on foot
