The property was decorated beautifully. It was very quiet. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. This was a very last minute booking after being let down by another apartment that didn’t have the facilities it stated so was very pleased they could accommodate us. Plenty of parking, I drove a van for work and I often have trouble parking it because of the size, no problem here, parking spaces were very big

This beautiful house has magnificent views of the surrounding countryside and the Mediterranean Sea in the distance. It is very clean and very well equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay. It is within easy driving distance of Biot and only takes a few minutes to get there. You need to be fairly fit to walk up the hills to reach the parking lots! But we only met kind people and saw lots of smiles. A charming village – we loved it, and the days we spent there will remain in our memories!

If you ever see this place, just keep walking.

If you ever see this place, just keep walking. The photos don't reflect reality. The furniture is half-destroyed, there's dust all over it, filth everywhere, and the stairs are dangerous. It was lucky I only stayed one night.

The property is situated at the end of a ling avenue in a quiet residential area. The host and property owner was super from start to finish. We had the run of the pool and felt very at home. Our dog also was safe and allowed to roam freely. Very close to Biot and Valbonne villages which are idyllic places with lots of charm, places to eat and drink and of course, shop.

Nice, clean apartment hotel in a quiet location. Although we arrived at the hotel around 11 pm (and the reception is open until 8 pm), we did not have any problems entering the hotel and the parking garage because the instructions we received from the hotel earlier were very clear and easy to follow. I definitely recommend👍

Lovely breakfast and helpful staff. Room was spotlessly clean, bed was comfortable. We walked down the hill after dinner at Biot, but got taxis for the journey up! Biot is lovely and we were there just after the school holidays so it wasn't too busy. The weather wasn't good for swimming, but the pool looked nice.
