The room was gorgeous with French doors that opened up to the view. The birdsong was amazing! The hotel is round the corner from the castle, which is well worth a visit. The breakfast was superb with fresh and homemade produce and delicious coffee. We had a long chat with the owners whilst there and they are lovely, lovely people.

The unit we stayed in was excellent. It was very clean and everything looked new (or at least very well maintained). The entire space receives very good natural light, but there is also the option to cover all the windows and make it completely dark. The accommodation can be easily accessed from the main road, yet it is very quiet, and we did not hear any disturbing traffic (we were there during weekend time). There is a ~3 minute walk to the banks of the river. The location benefits from a lot of greenery, and there is generous sitting area both inside the apartment and, outside. For travelers by car not only there is enough parking, but the in and out are smooth, no steep ramps, and no exit into high speed traffic.

We had the most wonderful stay at Casa Mila, an absolute gem! Every detail was tasteful and carefully thought out, with a unique sense of style in each room that made the entire place feel both elegant and deeply relaxing. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with a subtle sense of intimacy and care, which made perfect sense given the lovely family hosting us. The spa area, with its sauna and jacuzzi, was incredibly calming, and the pool was simply perfect: clean, beautiful, with stunning aesthetics, and ideal for relaxing (and, why not, for photos too!). We stayed just one night as a birthday gift for my partner, and it couldn’t have been more special. We truly left feeling rejuvenated and grateful. You absolutely have to try the breakfast—simply de-li-ci-ous! We’re already looking for an excuse to return. It’s the perfect peaceful escape without being too far from the city. Highly recommended!

Lovely friendly hosts, completely accommodating to cyclists, the rooms we stayed in were exceptional, recently refurbished farm buildings, clean, bright, spacious and fully equipped. There is a farm shop owned by the family close by that also hosts wine tasting of their wines (red, rose, white and sparkling) which are all superb. Highly recommended.
