This was a highly anticipated stay at Les Sources de Caudalie. Rooms, facilities and food were just as special as they look and as one would expect. What will amaze you is 1) Every single person in this hotel knows exactly what to do in every circumstance, so service flows in the most gracious way and 2) In-room amenities, towels, bed linen, as well as every single product in every restaurant and bar is of the highest standard and sourced locally, rightfully matching the iconic Smith Haut Lafitte vineyards and the Caudalie Vinothérapie Spa. One advice for readers: Visit the château and the vineyards.

    The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel is incredibly pet friendly. Our room had a huge bed which was comfortable. Usual French style pillows. Excellent buffet breakfast and walking distance to a restaurant or service station cafeteria for dinner. Only possible complaint was no English channels on TV but then we were in France so not surprising lol! Will thoroughly recommend and stay again. Will also try other Ace hotels now to see if they're as good. Gets 5* from us.

    This is the place to stay overnight in transit,it’s clean an basic with great staff,we just had a meal in a cafe an was fine we were tired we were not here too look around just a stop over would I stay again ,yes

    Clean room with basic facilities I.e no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. Very good free wifi coverage in the room. Friendly staff. Lift. Very small tv high up on wall on tge room but no English speaking channels. Bed clean and comfy. Ensuite goo with shower gel but towels were extremely small and not teally adequate for showering. Accept a pet for a small and reasonable fee.. Nearby facilities to get food and drink at nearby garage cafe area or nearby restaurant which is good and within walking distance. Continetal breakfast is again badic but adequate but missing a toaster! Have stayed there more than once and will do so again as good points outweigh the basic nature. We just take towels, travel kettle and fridge with tea / coffee/ sugar milk etc and as Wi-Fi good, get UK tv / Netflix etc on iPad.

    Very convenient to motorway, ample parking. Comfy room, everything very clean. Shame there was no tea making facility in the room and no bar or restaurant in the evening. Breakfast was good and it was very helpful that it was available from 6.30 to 11.00, so suits everyone.

    This is a good clean economical hotel ideally located next to a main motorway route to / from the Spanish border with a 24h book-in / out system and a secure private car park. We found it to be so useful, we also stayed here on our return journey and will probably do so again on our future journeys when passing this way. Many thanks.
