All of the staff were very friendly. We arrived three hours before the earliest check in time but our room was ready and they kindly let us in. Location was perfect. Both tram lines and many bus lines stop 100 m away from the hotel. Hotel interior is modern and clean and their beds are very confy. They didn't have coffee machine nor instant coffees in the room which are usually available in other hotels but that is a tiny issue. I can truly recommend Ibis hotel for your stay in Besançon.

Close to the highway, there is free parking directly in front of the hotel. Rooms were very clean with comfortable beds. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. BTW: There is a small restaurant directly opposite. The food was good, the price reasonable and staff was also very nice. Overall, everything was great and as expected for our short stay.
