Great location, in the middle of everything, nice rooms and decor. Friendly staff, breakfast is quite nice too. Only parking is a challenge, we recommend parking close by. Otherwise the quality we know of Ibis Styles, so far they've all been great.

They actually gave us a better price for the room compared to the one on booking since we were only 2 people. The room was adequate for a small trip. It is well located to visit several touristic places and also there are several restaurants and bakeries nearby.

Very neat and comfortable hotel in the heart of the city. There is plenty of parking around the property of their own car park is too full. Staff we super nice and welcoming. We travel with our dog and she was welcomed too. Highly recommend as an alternative to Reims. Our suite was large with large bathroom. Very comfortable big bed.

The Hotel is ideally positioned on he main access road to Chalon en Champagne and has a charming air. The bedroom was very clean with en suite facilities. Sadly the restaurant was not open on a Monday evening but access to the centre of Chalon was easy to navigate and there was a selection of Restaurants open. Our bedroom wasn't far from the main road but the effectiveness of the sound insulation was proven by the fact that we didn't wake up until 09.30am when we were thinking of much earlier start to our journey home.

    Pleasant interesting town at which we had not previously stayed. The city centre has a calm atmosphere of its own. We did a tour of the Joseph Perrier Champagne house which was impressive. Vincent was a friendly and informative host.

    Chalons is a beautiful city full of parks, canal walks and stunning buildings. We stayed overnight on the way further south but had a lovely evening in the city and walk in the walk the next morning. We would highly recommend it for a stop off place but could see it would also be a great place for a proper holiday.

    Plenty to see and do if you like museums and churches.

    Plenty to see and do if you like museums and churches. The old historic centre has some nice buildings. It’s also nice to sit by the canal or the river. There are some decent restaurants and champagne is appropriately cheap.

    The hotel was lovely and had all facilities, pool,sauna, spa and treatments. Unfortunately the restaurant is closed on Mondays but there are restaurants in the main city which is only a 10 min drive away. The cathedral looks interesting but was closed when we were there.

    Great location.

    Great location. Very friendly staff which makes the difference. Couldn't get twin rooms which was a little frustrating for 6 male bikers. Rooms were very clean though.. Secure underground parking too

    Such beautiful edifices, Notre Dame en Vaux is an absolute gem, and Saint Etienne Cathedral impressive, worth the visit. The stream running through the town is charming. Unfortunately, the atmosphere of the city is uninviting, and there is little to offer in shops, restaurants, etc. to compel tourists to stay more than an overnight.

    A large and well equipped apartment, with a good kitchen and very comfortable bed. Communication was easy, fast and helpful, and accessing the apartment was simple. It is in a great location for accessing the town centre and nearby parks. The fan in the bedroom was efficient.

    Breakfast was fine, better selection on first day of stay than second though. Little flat was comfortable and well furnished. Just a bit strange to be staying in what appears to be an old people’s retirement complex. Plenty of parking nearby and an easy walk into the town
