What a magnificent place! We enjoyed every single moment at the Relais de Chambord. The location is absolutely perfect, nestled within the domain of the château and surrounded by nature, making for a serene and picturesque setting. The breakfast was great, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. A great convenience is the ability to purchase tickets for the château directly at the hotel. I highly recommend planning your visit early in the morning to beat the crowds and fully appreciate the beauty and history of the château. Thank you, Relais de Chambord, for a delightful stay. We can't wait to return!

I didn't expect such a good place. From the street, the hotel looks quite ordinary. From the courtyard, however, it's a low-rise complex with a very atmospheric atmosphere. The rooms are clean, and the beds are very comfortable. The bathroom is large and has a shower. An additional advantage is the electric heater with electronic drying and rapid heating programs. The room doesn't have a refrigerator, as described, but there is a room with a refrigerator, where everyone has their own space – a very nice feature. Cold, hot, and sparkling water are available free of charge – there's a dispenser from which you can refill as needed. Plates, glasses, and cutlery are also provided if you want to make yourself something to eat. You can also order breakfast. Bikes are available for rent – both electric and classic. There's also a charging station for cars (AC). Of course, there's also a heated outdoor pool – it's not very large, but sufficient. The staff is very helpful and friendly – their dedication is evident. This place is highly recommended.

This gem of a place is clean, comfortable, modern, and really well taken care of by its owners. The team are welcoming and helpful, helping us find a restaurant as we were late to book anything. It’s close to Chambord if you want to visit the castle, as well as other activities in the area. It’s bike friendly and offers chilled, filtered water for free to all guests (bring your own bottle, they try to avoid single use plastic). Breakfast set us up we’ll for the day.

Very nice location right in the middle of the forest with a large garden where the kids could run around. The reception personnel was very nice, I would give a bonus to the male receptionist as he went above and beyond for us to feel welcomed. Comfortable beds and pillows. The food at dinner was great and I recommend you to make a reservation for dinner. Good choice for breakfast. It has a pool but we did not try it.

We liked that it was in the centre of the village still removed from the street and very quiet. The owner was super knowledgeable and gave us great tips for our bike ride. The breakfast with local apple juice was just great!

The hotel was really easy to find and was located well for visiting the area. We came to see Chambord specifically and chose the hotel just for the one night. Great choice! It was very clean and had everything we needed for an overnight stay. The staff were really nice and helpful and the breakfast was good and there was plenty of it. All round a good place to spend a few nights.
