It was in a beautiful location overlooking the lake and not too far from the autoroute. It was very comfortable and the heating was on in time for arrival.Christophe responded very quickly to questions. 2 bathrooms were a bonus. We would definitely like to return

Very nice and competent receptionist. We felt welcome, and she was very helpful indeed. Breakfast is very good, and empty trays get filled up immediately. Good size room with comfortable bed.

The hotel was previously (like a LONG time ago) an abbey. So quiet would be an understatement. Also, we requested an extra large room. This was huge so we could really spread out. There is no lift but the staff carried our bags up (when was the last time someone did that for you?). The food at dinner and breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Service was great and the staff was friendly. And the hotel is located in an ancient walled city and walking around was really fascinating. The Office of tourism has done a great job with interpretive panels.
