    Breakfast: Delicious breakfast buffet with a wonderful selection of cheese and pastries (esp. croissant and pain au chocolat). There were lots of other options as well! Some tables had a wonderful view of the garden/woods. Room: Comfortable with a lovely balcony overlooking the garden/woods. The bathroom was large and wheelchair accessible. Parking: There are parking spots right next to the hotel.

    Elegant, well maintained, lovely hotel on the French Swiss boarder. The breakfasts were delicious - very high quality breads and cheeses. The staff were kind, helpful very French (in the best way)! I had a problem with a taxi one morning and the owner of the hotel herself drove me to Basel! :)

    The location was ideal for our daily commute to Basel — convenient and easily accessible. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful, which made our stay even more pleasant. We also enjoyed the hotel breakfast; it was well-prepared with a good variety of options to start the day right.

    Although refurbishment is current being done to the whole hotel, staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast and location were wonderful. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was lovely too! It is not our first time and will keep going back when in the area.

    A lovely place to stay, hosts were so lovely and accommodating! The fire had everything you could need and is set in such a beautiful location. Hagenthal-le-Bas was a lovely place to stay and a great base to explore North East France and Switzerland.
