Lovely welcoming hosts and a very comfortable room. Beautiful setting, and it was lovely to have chickens and a pond with frogs in the garden - great for the children. Perfect place for a one night stop!

It was amazing, the room, the views and the attention to every detail. The restaurant- the dinner was an experience and better than for example Jules Verne in Paris. The breakfast was also fantastic- we only wish we had booked two nights instead of one.

Excellent location, Lovely garden to enjoy a breakfast. Hosts were very kind and provided everything you could ask for. I really enjoyed chatting with them during breakfast. They were able to give me the keys earlier in the day so that I could spend the evening where I had plan without interruption.

It wasn't a surprised as to why this establishment has a very high reviewer rating - it’s because the host, Jean, runs it with passion. Staying here is like visiting a friend. He welcomes his guests with warmth hospitality and generosity. He ensures that we were comfortable and at home. The room was nicely presented, clean and the bed was good. The bedsheets also smells nice and fresh. Breakfast was delicious and hearty. Suffice to say, I concur with all the good reviews about this place. Merci beaucoup Jean and we wish you all the best on your future plans. You are indeed a super host 🤗! Highly recommended!!

We loved its style, its location, the staff, and the owner who were all very friendly. We also loved the indoor and outdoor public areas, which were beautiful. It was very well located to the Sauternes' chateaux. We loved it!
