It was not particularly convenient for her, but together we sorted out the essentials. A very cute little space, clean & cosy. If I hadn’t been incredibly tired & unwell from my long voyage, I would have enjoyed more the centre ville vibe. A bit noisy being so close to everything. Air conditioning great. Parking very easy. Good facilities with a pool and tennis court. Very nice shaded outdoor area for drinks in the afternoon. We used the hotel for a1 night stopover on the way to the south of France and were delighted at the convenient location via car from the autoroute. I left Paris to travel to La Souterraine at 17. 20 to arrive in La Soutteraine at 20.21. Because of a breakdown of the train in Etampes ( 1 1/2 hours delay ) we did not arrive in La. Visiting friends in a rural area this was 15 mins drive from them so ideal for us. It was lovely and quiet. The hosts were wonderful, very attentive and even had a delicious dinner ready for us when we arrived later than expected.
