The hotel is perfectly situated for a stop while driving through to southern France. It’s basic but clean and comfortable. What made it great is the staff. We stayed twice (once in each direction) and both times they were so very friendly and welcoming. They were also very helpful when we left something behind and had to have it sent back via UPS. We will certainly stay there next time our travels take us that way.

This is an excellent hotel, clean, spacious, good beds and outstanding staff. We brought our three dogs with us, which was no problem, but were told that we could not bring them in the breakfast room (perfectly understandable for us) when we booked, so we did not book the breakfast. Upon arrival we were asked if we wanted breakfast the day after as well: we indicated that we had the dogs with us and the friendly employee told us that indeed the breakfast room was not possible, but we could take breakfast in the bar/salon. After a good sleep we went to the bar/salon in the morning and another friendly employee even set the table for us and brought water for the dogs, an excellent service! The breakfast itself was also outstanding with a large choice, so everyone will have something to their liking. Furthermore, the hotel is located around at an excellent spot in the city center and the possibility to reserve a parking space was great. A message for the hotel manager: please give our compliments to your staff, they really know the meaning of hospitality!

One of the best hotels in the chain. It is very close to the old center. The room is very spacious, elegant and clean, we had a little upgrade. Comfortable bed and a huge dressing. The bathroom had both a bathtub and a cabin, with my favorite Nuxe quality products and a Nespresso coffee machine. They also have bathrobes and slippers, although I didn't use them because the room was carpeted, I appreciated the attention to detail. They don't have a restaurant, but next to the hotel is a grillhouse with excellent steaks. I think Laura, from what I remember, from the reception, was very kind and helpful. A place where I will definitely return!

The hotel has been open two weeks. Was new and fabulous. The club lounge concept for guests was a first we have seen. We could relax in the club area and not be in our room. The complimentary lounge snacks were appreciated. Breakfast was expansive. Location is short walk to the magnificent old town. The car parking was private and is first in first serve. We would have preferred to be able to book a carpark as we are driving an old classic. Staff were super helpful and gave us a map of the town which was very helpful. Affordable price. Lovely laid out rooms. Aircon had some issues but the staff helped. Would definitely stay again.
