Very pleased! The small hotel is newly owned by a young family who have worked in the hotel industry for years. Aragon is a quaint little village. We enjoyed exploring the village and the surrounding area. The meals in their restaurant were all excellent. Our room was lovely and had a great view of the valley. The internet was good. The owners were very welcoming and spoke English.

Great location close to town - also a large shopping area only 5 minutes down the road with a large Carrefour. a couple of really nice outdoor areas. the whole place seemed brand new with all the facilities and some nice thoughtful additions.

    The climb up to the chateaux was tiring but well worth the effort. For those who are unable to do the climb there are sites for a great view of them. There are also interesting places to visit nearby including Caunes-Minervois where there is a walk amongst stunning marble sculptures
