The hotel was a short walk from an excellent restaurant. The reception was exceptional and the room far exceeded our expectations. The bed was very comfortable and nothing was too much trouble for our host.

The hotel is beautiful with a very nice garden and swimming pool, and an amazing view on the Chateau Montreuil Balley. The couple that manages the hotel is extremely friendly. And I highly recommend having dinner there - the food is excellent!!!

Philippe and his beautiful family took a good care of us on our two nights stay in their stunning Manoir. The rooms are beautifully decorated with modernized bathrooms, we had picnics in the beautiful garden and played ping pong while the white furry friend was by our side. We highly recommend this charming estate and the friendly atmosphere that this welcoming family has created.

This is one of my preferred choices when in the region for business, but I would go there also for leisure. Le Puy-Notre-Dame is really a very charming village in the middle of the vineyards, Le Chai de la Paleine is a small comfortable hotel with nice rooms and a very good price for quality. Good breakfast and efficient wifi are also noteworthy.
