The hospitality and friendliness we received from the hosts, Richard and Maria, was extraordinary. Leisure opportunities and conversation are rendered with smiles, but in a casual, natural way to take it or leave it, but you'll likely want to take it: They're charming, cheerful, and gracious hosts, and now, new friends. BTW, the breakfasts are great, too!

It was absolutely amazing stay, the room so clean and big with air conditioning and the breakfast delicious fresh with all products from the garden, they have donkeys, cats, chickens and their adorable dog, super recommended

It is a great experience lived in this hotel. The host is very enthusiastic and nice. We could see her well preparing through some small details. Since we are pure vegan the host preparing the pure vegan breakfast for us without any milk, egg or alcool. By the way, the plum jam is so excellent and so worth tasting since the plum is a typical fruit of this area. With my warmly regards to them!

    Inadequate accommodation and planned, unpleasant reception together with inability to leave the property promptly if necessary meant that we did not feel safe. Neighbours were not surprised by our reception, and said that the premises did not have a good reputation. We would not advise ANYBODY to book in advance (or frankly at all) for this property.

    We visited Le Temple-sur-Lot for two reasons.

    We visited Le Temple-sur-Lot for two reasons. It was on the way to our Gite and it is home to well known water gardens. We didn't explore the area, only drove through it and visited the gardens. I would absolutely recommend a visit to the gardens if you are in the area, they are stunning with a very pleasant cafe. We spent a very enjoyable half day there. If you like water or plants do add it to your to-do list!
