The staff was impeccable. Just so helpful and kind. They immediately upgraded us to an elegant suite several levels above what we'd booked for, and when we informed them that we had fallen ill, they helped us find a doctor and were very accommodating. Hotel in the very historical centre of the city. Just about 5 minutes walk from the train station or the Amphitheatre of Nîmes. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice room with a dangerously comfortable bed, which led to me having to be woken up by room service on the first morning when I forgot to put a do not disturb sign on the door. This is an additional apology and also a thank you for waking me up.

Even though we didn't buy breakfast we could use some of the facilities and enjoy a coffee, also we filled our flask with hot water. We bought meals we could microwave and we were able to do that in the evening and eat them in the reception area. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Very near the city centre
