Although I didn't make the reservation on Booking.com quite correctly (the booking incorrectly divided two families between rooms and didn't register four people at all), the staff were extremely accommodating. Everything was sorted out within a few minutes, and the two families with small children were able to check in straight away. The rooftop pool was lovely to use even at this time of year, and the breakfasts were simply fantastic. Thank you all very much.
