The room is very spacious and clean, with an especially great view. There is a large parking lot at the entrance. All the toiletries are from L’Occitane. It is also very convenient to get to the castle from the hotel. My husband left his card holder in the room, and they kept it for us for two days. We are really grateful for that.

A perfect escape from it all. A perfect wooden cabin on stilts with a beautiful view in a really peaceful location. It was just what we needed to relax and enjoy living in nature.

Everything . The greeting on arrival was perfect, 11/10 The room was amazing. Dinner was superb. Breakfast was divine . We will return as this hotel and restaurant are so good I plus within a very short walk of the old town of Carcassone. We feel so lucky to have stayed and dined at this gorgeous establishment. We will definitely return just fur longer next time.

We were treated so nicely after we came in wet from a storm. We warmed up around a lovely wood fire in the cozy lobby and were served drinks too! We felt very special and well cared for! Exceptional hospitality!

A pleasant hotel with friendly staff. It is appealing because everything here is authentic, offering a comfortable, unpretentious lifestyle. It feels like staying with a beloved aunt. The food is delicious, and the water in the well-maintained pool is clean and cool, making you feel alive and genuine. The old park, also known as the golf course, where you can stretch your legs after a day's travel, was also impressive.

The staff were amazing- friendly, attentive and spoke several languages fluently. They went above and beyond to accommodate our food intolerances and made sure we had a delicious meal every time. I was very pleased with the hotel. The location is very good (walking distance to the castle area). It is clean, comfortable and has friendly staff. I would also like to thank them for upgrading our room. The night view from the hotel's castle-view rooms is truly incredible.
