It was amazing! A lovely attentive host and just the most lovely stay, we were very sad we had to leave. The jacuzzi was amazing and very well kept, and the dome was beautiful. It's like a little oasis of peace and quiet. In the morning the sun is behind the trees which is nice because the dome only starts getting warm around 11:00/11:30. In short, 10/10 would recommend

Close to Disneyland, clean, helpful and friendly hosts. Stayed a family of 4, two 6 year olds was enough room for what was needed after being in Disney. Was nice to be able to cook food which saved us money whilst at Disneyland.

We travelled by car from Germany to France to spend the...

We travelled by car from Germany to France to spend the weekend at Disney. We had the car parked in the hotel car park from Friday to Sunday. The car park is supposedly monitored by cameras and closes at night. The car was parked without moving during the whole stay at the reception door (you can see it in the photo) and on Sunday when we left we found this huge scratch on the car. Nobody knew how to give us a solution, the cameras had not recorded it, nobody left their details and the hotel just said "sorry". The service was more than terrible. We have travelled all over Europe and we have never had such bad service. Dirty room, no towels, bathroom ventilation did not work... honestly horrible; to go to Disney there are surely better options where your car can return home without problems.

Absolutely nothing to like about my stay at there.

Absolutely nothing to like about my stay at there. My son wanted us to go back to England, when getting there after travelling an hour plus by taxi to get there that cost us €120. Health and safety zero, the bunk bed my son managed to sleep on he keeps hitting his head on the wall each time he move. We are meant to stay there for a week but had to book another hotel to leave the place as soon as possible.

They left the bunk bed rail unsecured and it collapsed. I have a huge head wound and was bleeding all night. There was no one around to help us. Someone has to be held responsible. You've ruined our family vacation; the breakfast was awful, nothing was good, the place is filthy, and the sheets smelled like cheese.

My conclusion: I wouldn't recommend it and won't stay there again. Based on the description, I expected something different. Cleanliness wasn't good, and breakfast was also poor. We skipped the second breakfast we had booked and went somewhere else. The staff was friendly and the location near Disneyland was good, but I still wouldn't stay there again.

The location is almost ideal for a trip to Disneyland. The hotel is basic, the rooms are clean, but it reeked of tobacco smoke. The staff isn't particularly friendly and seems rather unenthusiastic about their jobs. Breakfast is quite meager.
