The hotel far exceeded our expectations, and so pleased we chose this one last minute. We arrived late at night and were greeted with a warm and friendly welcome by the hotel staff. The bar staff and reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and even arranged an early morning taxi to the airport for us. The hotel was very clean and modern, and the bed was the best hotel bed we have stayed in for a very long time - very comfortable! Great value for money!

ECLA Paris Massy Palaiseau is a recently renovated aparthotel in Palaiseau, where guests can make the most of its fitness centre and terrace.

We chose this residence for its convenience (10-minute walk) to Massy-Palaiseau RER station, and hence easy access to various nearby university institutions in Orsay, Bures-sur-Yvette etc, as well as to central Paris. It is a large, recently built co-living establishment in which most floors are rented to students and the top floors are available for other visitors, who then have the benefit of the co-living facilities (working and discussion spaces, leisure spaces, a gym, kitchen, bar, garden etc). Our room was very spacious and comfortable, and included a kitchenette area. Wall-to-wall, ceiling-high windows let in full light, and darkening blinds could be lowered. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly both to hotel guests like us and to the resident students.

Definitely book the Underground Parking for 10e (Aug 2025...

Definitely book the Underground Parking for 10e (Aug 2025 price) as Street Parking is really not likely. Go up to reception and leave your baggage until you have been given a room key, then go to your car and take the lift directly to your room. Sorry but Palaiseau is a one horse town as is Massy it's neighbour, finding a place to eat means driving.

A residential district in the middle of nowhere.

A residential district in the middle of nowhere. It is well connected to Paris thanks to the RER B. There are a few restaurants around and a few hotels. But besides this, I would never pick this place to visit the city. It is convenient if you are going to Paris to work with nearby universities such as Telecom Paris, Paris Saclay, or research centers like CEA, which are all in an ICT campus close to Paleseau.

The house was fine... if you listen to everything... it's a one-story house with three bedrooms upstairs and three bedrooms downstairs. The owner lives downstairs, but my stay was very short, I don't have many details... I just have to thank the owner.

Comfortable beds, a refrigerator in the room, a paid garage, a good hotel for a one-night stay. Plenty of dining options nearby. The hotel is close to the highway, but in a residential area. Gas stations and supermarkets are also nearby.

I only stayed one night and I found the apartment to be very clean and well-equipped. Admittedly, I didn't have time to see the kitchen equipment, but it was comfortable. The only thing I noticed was the shower; the floor slope is poorly designed, causing water to pool.

Very good for long stays (multiple weeks), the appart hotel comes with a workable kitchenette. Location is great -- close to public transportation. Hotel.stuff are very cordial, and willing to help. Almost everything was great which left a strong and positive impression.

Perfect for one night. We really appreciated the cleanliness. Also, bonus - 10 min walk to Palaiseau - Villebon train station, then probably 30 min to Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Paris. Another bonus - the fun design of the place.
