Loved everything about it. Beautiful inviting front entrance courtyard with lush green trees. Unexpectedly eclectic and interesting room design; large very comfortable bed, vibrant wall shading, especially appreciated the beautiful bathroom clad in travertine stone... plus large shuttered window that provided ample fresh air and a lovely view onto one of the village squares. Breakfast was everything we could have hoped for, with a lovely buffet and fresh tea+coffee. Staff very helpful and friendly. In the immediate area is a delicious bakery, plus the convenient location provides excellent access from which to explore Pernes-les-Fontaines and the surrounding district. Magnifique!

It is a family owned hotel and that feels. The owners are really caring. We felt welcomed. The breakfast are simple, but stable - you know what you will get every morning. The terrace and breakfast, living room area are very nice. The family has a few cats and dog, that creates a feeling of home.

Fantastic place! Best Price/Quality ratio in the whole area! Staff is super nice and available. Enjoy a great pool, terrace (for the groundfloor rooms only). a large garden. You can rent a bike too Pool closed at 8pm but if you ask nicely, the owner is flexible :=)

The owners and family were so very kind and helpful. We had some issues with the aircon on our car and they tried several garages to help us out. A great position to visit Avignon and Remy de Provence and the lavender fields etc.

    We didn’t spend much time in Pernes-Les-Fontaines however...

    We didn’t spend much time in Pernes-Les-Fontaines however the location is very convenient to many of the places we wanted to visit so in 10 minutes we were in L’Isle sur la Sorgue, 20 minutes Avignon, 30 minutes Gordes or Bonnieux and 35 minutes we were hiking in the quarry of ochre at Rustrel. There were plenty of vineyards and lavender fields around too. We had some lovely meals at local restaurants (recommended in Laurence’s book) including Moulin River Gauche and shopped at the evening local food market in Velleron which was just a few minutes drive.

    Great setting.

    Great setting. Great breakfast with beautiful and natural outdoor environment. We loved the Owner who saw to our every need. A chance to connect with nature. Conveniently located for touring the nearby villages and wineries.

    Pernes-les-Fontaines is a 15 minute drive away, nice village...

    Pernes-les-Fontaines is a 15 minute drive away, nice village with a few nice shops (bakery, boutiques) and a weekly market. The closest (2km) village the property is Les Valayans with a bakery and a very nice grocery store. Isle sur la Sorgue is roughly the same distance as Pernes-les-Fontaines and has a LOT more to offer.

    Very charming, very centrally located within Provence.

    Very charming, very centrally located within Provence. Having never been to Provence, I worried we might be staying too far north. Nothing could have been further from the truth. the location was ideal. The town itself was more charming than I imagined. beautiful old walls, river walk and a wednesday evening fresh farmers market.

    A fabulous town - interesting and really beautiful despite the fact that the fountains did not have water due to the drought conditions. We could have spent more time in the town and surrounds which are so very beautiful and we will come back when the fountains are working!
