Overpriced poor breakfast consisted of hot drink and two mini cold pastries no jam etc poor check in kept waiting outside security gate despite communicating our ETA. Then once inside they had no rooms for us despite paying £200 then we were shown a room already occupied and then we ended up in rooms on different floors not ideal as a family and then on check out our newly valeted car was covered in bird mess! Shame room was clean and spacious but let down by poor communication and customer service.Guest review byEstherUnited Kingdom
