Receptionist had difficulty working booking system.
Receptionist had difficulty working booking system. Reception very cold and gloomy. Room was very cold. Air conditioning not working. Moved to another room at our request. Evening meal awful. Tepid soup, cold main courses. When asked for it too be heated up came back cremated. All done by microwave as food brought in. No vegetables or accompaniments. Back to room up dark unlit open tread stairs. Tripped twice. Gourmet breakfast was a croissant and/or bread, orange juice. Eventually a plate with four slices of salami and four of cheese appeared. Coffee machine gave choice of coffees. Dribble of coffee appeared, no milk. It was explained to us the connection to milk dispenser was not working. Hotel grounds a mess. Bit of enclosed scrubland with old car abandoned on it. Artificial grass curling up at edges. Swimming pool disgusting. Did not look tiled just lined. Staff seemed uninterested and inexperienced.A very bad experience. This hotel should not be on Booking.com website as three star. Absolutely shocking.Guest review byAlanUnited Kingdom

It was a nice and quiet place and we felt almost like home. We enjoyed the garden and pool! The bus to Vienne took 10 minutes, and the bus stop was only 70 meters from the hotel.
