Porticcio is very touristy, it has a beach yes (but a very urban view), can get crowded. There are other beaches 10-15minutes drive from apartment that should be explored and have nice views. We visited A Cupulata - turtle mini zoo which was a nice experience just 25 min drive. The best supermarkets are outside Ajacio, like Carrefour, Eleclerc and Geant Casino, I found the small supermarkets near Porticcio more expensive.Guest review byClaudiaPortugal - 6.0

Beautiful beaches, but quite expensive. No buses to move around. Be careful with taxis. A ride airport hotel could be 45 eur-80 eur for less than 15 min ride. To move from one hotel to another one in the same area (2 km distance) the ride was 20 eur and ee waited for 1 hour to get the taxi.
