A pleasant hotel with friendly staff. It is appealing because everything here is authentic, offering a comfortable, unpretentious lifestyle. It feels like staying with a beloved aunt. The food is delicious, and the water in the well-maintained pool is clean and cool, making you feel alive and genuine. The old park, also known as the golf course, where you can stretch your legs after a day's travel, was also impressive.

Very nice, clean, comfortable and charming room, our host sent us accurate information and the location… Just a short walk of less than 5 minutes to the main gate of the medieval citadel. I loved the city and I loved the hotel. I would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful view of the castle from our balcony. Room was spacious and cleaned well. Both shower and bath in the en suite. Good selection for breakfast and helpful staff everywhere. Great location for exploring Carcassonne on foot.

We did a road trip from Netherlands to Spain and stopped in Carcassonne on our return trip home to the Netherlands. The staff were lovely, stored our luggage and checked us in a early when arrived before the official check in time. The location was in the middle of the medival city and it was amazing, quiet and beautiful room. The breakfast was great and they really took care of us, even for our one night stay.
