The room is perfect, and the owner is exceptionally kind and helpful. He thoughtfully provided five bottles of water, plenty of tea bags, and coffee capsules. The room itself is modern, well-equipped, and beautifully designed—notice the clever door that hides the toilet and shower. The location is peaceful and surrounded by greenery, and the parking area is spacious.

A wonderful place, full of peace and comfort. The apartment and the entire property are distinguished by great attention to detail and beautiful interiors made of natural materials. Our host, Jess, is a wonderful and warm person; she took great care of our comfort and served delicious breakfasts. This place is perfect for anyone seeking peace and relaxation away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Mas la roca is also conveniently located close to charming little French towns. Thank you!

The property had everything needed for a great stay. The hosts were wonderfully generous with their time and suggestions for local trips. The pool was fantastic, especially for the kids. The property was ideally placed for visiting the beaches at Cannes as well as Nice and some of the wonderful smaller villages in the region (such as Saint Paul de Vence and Gourdon). Can’t recommend this property highly enough.

Nice room with a view on the old town of Biot and its own balcony/terrasse to sit outside. I found everything in a high level of perfection - the room was like new and super-clean, everything worked, bed excellent, and a very luxury shower. Speedy free WLAN with easy access. Excellent breakfast, fresh foods throughout in "bio" quality and homemade rsp. from regional suppliers. Quite a difference to the many anonymous chain hotels. Very close to the beautiful city center (15 mins walk, uphill).

It‘s a true paradise. Situated in the beautiful medieval city of Tourrettes sur Loup, it is an old auberge that has been renovated with a lot of style. The view is fantastic, so is the breakfast. Thanks to Charlotte, Sabine, Wim an team we had a most wonderful time there. Magnifique!

    We loved everything about Villa La Carpenée. The location was perfect - 10 minutes to Valbonne, Biot, Mougins and all the places we wanted to go. It’s incredibly peaceful but only minutes from an intermarche, patisserie and fruit and vegetable shop. The villa has been tastefully decorated with just the right elements to make it feel more than a hotel room and it is brilliantly equipped with everything you need for a self catered stay. The grounds and the pool area are also perfect. Lili and Laurent (and Arthur) were the perfect hosts.

    Lovely flat in a nice quiet location within walking distance to restaurants in Roquefort-Les-pins. Good space for parking. The facilities in the flat were really good, mattresses comfortable, nice kitchen, great shower.
