Wow - What a positive experience! The first thing that impressed me was the staffs very positive and helpful attitude. Lucky us the host spoke perfect English and so she helped us through all barriers of the France language ;-) The rooms are big, bathroom too. The food was more than standard and once again: These awesome people working there! Unfortunately we only spend one night there since we were on a bike tour. I am glad we had to drive a detour to make this unexpected experience.

The location, staff, room and breakfast were all fantastic. We arranged drop off of bags and an hour earlier checkin with no problem at all. Any request was met with a welcoming, can do attitude. We also arranged a later check out which was great. Highly recommend this, and it is literally just around the corner from the Pamplona bus drop off point. The manager, Ignacio, could not have been nicer or more accommodating. A double plus rating.

Very friendly staff. I arrived on a late train and the owner was waiting for me with the keys. Had some trouble with the TV and called for help. Help arrived within two minutes. I highly recommend this hotel.

Fabulous brand new accommodation in a perfect location. Wonderful, friendly hosts who went out of their way to make sure our visit was perfect. Delicious breakfast just up the block at their other property. Great bike storage, too. We'll definitely stay here again if we're back this way. Highly recommend.

Baigorri is a beautiful village with a wide range of facilities. We ate at Cafe Fronton which is highly recommended. The local Spar is very well stocked and will even make up a sandwich for you while you wait. A quieter and less touristy base than St Jean Pied a Port.

beautiful traditional Basque village nestled in the mountains. Its easy to walk around around the village and take in the stunning views. We ate in our hotel (Arce) which serves excellent local produce, also ate in the local restaurant in the square which was also very good.

The hotel claimed to have EV charging facilities but this turned out to be an outdoor plug socket which was open to the elements and would have taken 30 hours for a full charge. There were no other charging points nearby.

Too long a stay due to bad weather. Meals at the hotel were great. Getting around on foot was easy. Taxis were often very unpleasant, and buses were inadequate. Next time I'll check the weather forecast first.

Peaceful and relaxing, with plenty of opportunities for hiking in the surrounding area. We stayed in Juantorena and the dinner was excellent: meat with homemade fries that tasted amazing. The salad was made with very fresh ingredients.

A typical village in the inland Basque Country with a wonderful welcome from everyone I met. Restaurant Arce in Baigorry. Don't forget to also explore the Aldudes Valley, the Banca Mines, the fish farm and its trout breeding (and leather goods made from trout skin!), and the Basque pig farm. Hotel-restaurant Erreguina in Banca.

In a very quiet and peaceful location, yet only a few minutes drive from Baigorri. Lot of walking opportunities nearby. Hotel was very comfortable and Arno the host is very friendly and helpful. Great Basque hospitality.
