We have enjoyed every minute of our stay here. Nice and peaceful area, great location close to the Utah beach, perfect breakfast and comfortable bed in nice bedroom with design bathroom. Staff is really helpful and friendly. The whole concept focusing on bio farming is great, you can also buy products from their home utah beef. Despite the fact we didnt use it - spa looks also amazing and we saw electric charges for the cars, that somebody may find very useful.

Unexpected. And Wonderful. This is a very unique place to stay. The hotel itself is in a building from the 1500’s and is part of an estate that the owner has been meticulously refurbishing. He and his wife are both very interesting people. They also have a wonderful Burnese Mountain dog. The building/hotel owner is an admitted enthusiast of WWII history. During war the building served as the headquarters for a German general and, after D-Day, for General James Lawton Collins. Part of the building now houses a very unique military museum (https://www.tripadvisor.ie/Attraction_Review-g608795-d25576850-Reviews-D_DAY_Collins_Museum-Sainte_Mere_Eglise_Manche_Basse_Normandie_Normandy.html). The bedrooms have all been recently decorated and are beautiful. Each room is named after a WWII general (Eisenhower, Bradley, Collins, etc.) Breakfast was terrific.

Arriving we were greeted by beautiful frescos, the house was perfect, the view of the sea was breathtaking, equipment perfect, beds so comfortable and the hostess was so accommodating. One big thank you, we'd definitely want to go back!

The place is charming, clean, quiet and literally right out of a history book with sniper holes used in WW2 and bullet marks in the old walls. The room was comfortable, the breakfast fresh and delicious and the owner really friendly and helpful. It was an absolutely lovely experience

Wow! What an amazing stay. This is truly what staying in a chateau is all about. We just wish we could of stayed longer. The facilities are super well done, everything is so luxurious and exquisite. Remy is an excellent host and even helped us make reservation at a restaurant for dinner. Breakfast was amazing with locally sourced food. Just an incredible stay, if you are visiting the Normandy area.

what an amazing find! we had to cut short our original stay to only 1 night due to train times and wished we could have stayed for 2/3 nights. The house is right in the middle of the town and is excellent, the rooms are stunning and well furnished. breakfast was excellent too with ample on offer.
