Very welcoming the minute you open the door. The colour coordination is cheerful and decorated with taste. The lighting well thought out. Kitchen and bathroom are well equipped. The owner is very pleasant. She has arranged a very useful booklet for activities, restaurants and facilities.

Great base for a hiking or skiing focused trip. Very quiet town, but there's a lively market on Saturdays. Plenty of restaurant options every night, including week nights. Bakeries and grocery store for hiking provisions. We didn't explore public transit or taxi options up to Mercantour park entrance because we had a rental car. Some trails leave from the center of town. There's also a very impressive indoor climbing center with a pool that would be great for families or for rainy-day activities, but we didn't have time to visit. You can walk to the hillside town of

This place has been destroyed by several heavy rains and...

This place has been destroyed by several heavy rains and floods but they are making such an effort to recontruct, and despite the shock of 2020 and 2023 everyone is smiling, positive and open minded, I loved the people and the place, not to speak of the spectacular mountain walks.

Beautiful place but be prepared, it is very quiet. Nothing much open at night except we ate at Le Treille and it was outstanding! Make sure you go here as the food was excellent and the service even better. We stayed one night as a group of friends.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment in the old part of Saint-Martin-Vésubie. The apartment was clean and well-equipped, with plenty of kitchen utensils and extra bedding, making it feel very cozy and homelike. There’s even a bio-market just a few meters away, which was super convenient for picking up small essentials. Emily was very helpful during our stay, kindly letting us know where we could find additional necessities, which made things much easier. I would definitely recommend this place.

Very nice appartement, well-equipped. Saint-Martin-Vesubie is very cozy, you have great shops (cheese, meat, bakeries), try local beer (Brasserie du Comté), it can be found in all shops, supermarkets, and in the Brasserie itself, 2min drive from the city. We enjoyed few hikes in the valley. Unfortunetly the road la Madone de Fenestre was still closed during our stay.
