We had an absolutely delightful stay at Vercors en Vert, hosted by the wonderful Patricia and Maurice. The property itself is a serene haven, beautifully maintained and located in a stunning location. Patricia and Maurice were incredibly welcoming, offering fantastic recommendations for local restaurants and sharing fascinating insights into honey-making and bees generally. Very small village and the hotel had previously advised us that the restaurant was closed on Sunday evenings. Only place to eat was a Pizza takeaway which was very good. The hotel owner came and opened up to let us into the hotel (we were the only people staying) Breakfast was okay.

The owners were extremely helpful and kind. We liked everything about the cabin; the quiet peaceful location in the forest, the great breakfasts served in a luxury picnic basket and the space in the bedroom/living area. It was extremely hot during our stay, but the provision of a fan made the nights bearable.
